This juice takes some of the classic green juice ingredients to make one of the best juicing recipes! This tasty green juice is full of alkalising, energising and cleansing nutrients that are jam-packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. This juice features cleansing and sweet apple, calming and cleansing kale, digestion- friendly ginger that also fights inflammation and pain, cleansing cucumber that reduce bloat and stomach pain, celery to improve your blood pressure and reduce pain and bloating.


Ingredients: 2 Granny Smith apples 4 Celery stalks 1 inch ginger root 1/2 cucumber 2 cups kale 2 cups spinach. 


Directions: Juice everything together, pour into a glass, and enjoy!
