The Juico UK Warranty Promise...
If the product you have purchased from Juico are faulty or broken, we will replace the broken part (or parts). You can send the faulty or broken components back to our address and after inspection we will send a replacement under our standard delivery terms.
What should I send back?
Please only send us the faulty part along with:
- Your proof-of-purchase
- The Serial number of your Juicer (found of the base)
- Your return address
- Your phone number
Failure to provide the above information may result in failure to resupply the faulty or broken part (or parts).
Juico Warranty Terms...
This warranty is only applicable in the United Kingdom and Ireland for products purchased and used in either of these two countries. The Juico Warranty does not apply if the product was not originally designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorised for the country where you use the product.
Products bought from other Greenis websites (China, South Africa etc) are not covered by our warranty, and replacements or refunds will not be made Juico.
The warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires at the end of the period indicated below:

You will need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, such as an invoice or receipt from the place of purchase. The Greenis UK warranty applies provided the product has been handled properly for its intended use and in accordance with the operating instructions. Certain exclusions apply to the warranty.
